Where should I buy A Domain Name!!

I have looked at several domain-for-sale sites, and I need one that is less than $30 a year, and comes with atleast 5 free email addresses. Can you Help??

I've always used Yahoo! Small Business. You can get a domain name with tons of E-mail for like $8-ish and plus you get that free Yahoo! Sitebuilder which can come in handy. You can also go to www.register.com if you just want a domain. It is cheap as well.
