this particualr film had been successful by the joint efforts of all the members of the movie.. so the contribution of leonardo and kate seems to be 50 - 50 .. so why there had been a difference in the public views ?

there was a beautiful and huge ship named titanic in which two youngs jack and rose became lovers but the nature caused jack to die for rose.this is a real love which is shown by the nature. love is a gift and when you devote your life to the one you like its like theres nothing between you, this is very nice!

Where is Kate lacking in public support? She's making plenty of movies, her movies are making good money, she's gracing plenty of magazines and doing plenty of interviews.... I think both of them have moved well beyond Titanic, and I'm glad for them. They've both made some bad movies since then, but they've taken on a lot more serious roles and have been both able to pick and choose what movies they want to do. Kate moreso, actually, as Leonardo got a reputation as being just a pretty face. It wasn't until movies like Gangs of New York and Catch Me If You Can that he broke out of that mold.
