None at all. Enzymes are protein molecules. Each enzyme is made by using information stored in a single gene, and each gene is a tiny part of a chromosome.

An enzyme does not contain any chromosomes.
Chromosomes contain many genes.
Each gene codes for a protein.
Enzymes are proteins which aare produced by the expression of a gene.
