I have a firend that washes their underwear when they run out of them. Normally it takes them 2 weeks to run out so at that tme they wash all. They say it is cost effective but to me that is not clean at all. Where do you store that filthy stuff? Tell me what do you do.

We should wash the underwear immediately as soon as it gets off our body. I do not see the point of waiting for some other time unless I am too sick to be able to do so. I may wait for sometime before washing, if I am too tired from manual and tedious work which really works the muscles out. I do not see the cost effectivity issue here, as washing such a small thing almost cost nothing much to reckon with.

I generally use the weekends to wash laundry, we have enough clothing that there is no need to do a load every single day, that would just be tiring IMO. So, I change my underwear daily but wash the dirty ones weekly and they stay in a dirty clothes basket in the laundry room.
