There are provinces in China. Each of them has their own ways to cook food.So you will have different tastes in different places.
We have Cantonese dishes, which taste less, the spicy foo from Sichuan and Hunan Provinces and cooked wheaten food form north China.
Which do you like best? Just share your idea with us.

I love Chinese cuisines.I am no expert of Chinese food ,but whenever I get out with my friends ,which isn't very often, I try to grab something new and have always enjoyed the variety and the flavour of authentic Chinese food. What I want to learn is eating with chopsticks.I suck at it ,lol.Hopefully, someday I'll have some friends who won't laugh at my expertise at using chopsticks and be kind enough to teach me using one ,oops I mean two.Bon appetite( In chinese ) :)

Yes, I think you are referring to paratha which is popularly known as prata in some parts. It's very common in our parts to have it in dinner with sabzi(vegetables) or some spicy curry. You should try the biriyani. It's a preparation of rice with meat. The most famous being Hydrabadi biriyani.

I am a chinese. My parents are originally from Canton, but my grandma is from Sichuan. I grow up with my grandma, so I love spicy food. I think each province is different...I just can't settle for one. I love spring roll, I love spicy food, I love dampling, fry rice and noodle. But...I miss the most are those snacks from Hong Kong. Can't find any in the U.S.
