Do you think it is harder to stop smoking cigarettes, or stop drinking pop?

I personally think that it is harder to stop doing both.. It is hard for me to decide because I drink a lot of pop, and I smoke. I usually drink about one pop a day, and I smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day. My bf says that it is harder to stop smoking than it is to stop drinking because he doesn't really drink that much pop... What do you think?

I think it might be hard to stop smoke just because it contains nicotine that physically makes you want to smoke more whereas soda doesn't. But I dunno. I absolutely love pop. I don't think there's a kind I don't like and I drink it all the time. I'm trying to cut back because I don't want kidney stones and drinking water is much better for you, but dang it's near impossible! ah!

See nicotine is hard to do without, but think about it when you stop drinking pop, you usually get headaches from the caffine withdrawl.. Thanks for posting.
