Do you use teeth whiteners? I want to whiten mine but am not sure what to buy or what is the best out there. My teeth are not bad or extremely yellow, lol, but I would like them to be a little whiter than they are now. So I don't want to waste my money on something that doesn't really work. I've been using the colgate total brand with teeth whitening in it now for a year but I haven't noticed much of a difference. Do you have any good ones that you've used that have really worked and are not too expensive? I would really like your advice. Thanks!

Arm and Hammer - Arm and Hammer baking soda toothpaste
I have found Arm and Hammer Baking soda toothpaste the best. It is a natural cleaner and does get rid of stains from coffee and smoking. I had a stain on one of my teeth and I used this brand and it did get rid of the stain. It makes your teeth feel wonderful afterwards, even though while brushing you can taste the soda.

Well thank you for that advice. I will be adding that to my shopping list this week:) I'd rather spend money on a toothpaste first then something that's pretty expensive and doesn't work. Thanks!

No I do not use teeth whiteners. When my teeth need to be more whiter I clean them with salt water in a glass and have an apple after that. So don't waste your money and use cooking salt instead. This is the best one as all my family have done this and it has no chemicals.

I have tried the Crest Whitestrips and they do work but you have to be pretty diligent about using them and I wasn't. On Oprah the other day there was a lady who is obsessed with bleaching her teeth and she does it every single day. Dr Oz said it isn't good for you. Now I think even with the Crest Whitestrips you are suppose to use them everyday for 2 weeks until you get them white and then you cut back on how much you have to do it.

I also use the colgate total with teeth whitening but I've never noticed a difference from that. I've tried the Crest Whitestrips originals and they seem to work pretty well! They're a little expensive at the store but I found some on Ebay for a good deal. I'd give those a whirl if I were you.
