Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can lead to carbohydrate cravings (not to mention making you tired and cranky, which can lead to to other bad for you food cravings, too) Also WAYS TO STOP EATING AFTER DINNER Give yourself a steamy, scented bath to make yourself feel beautiful. Pour a few drops of perfumed oil. Light a candle, play some music.

Wow .... You know these are two very simple solutions and i think that they could in fact work wonders. I never thought about the sleep part of it but the beautiful hot, relaxing bubble bath sounds magnifecently relaxing and very soothing!

This is straight from the doctor, sleep deprivation also causes your body to retain fat - the body knows it is missing something so goes into protection mode storing fat.
