any MOVIE you fell ASLEEP watching?

which movie have you ever fell asleep while watching? it doesn't really mean the movie was bad, or maybe it was, but which movie was it? why did you fell asleep?
i fell asleep while watching Catwoman starring Halle Berry. Although I admit i was tired when we watched it, the movie also did not get my interest..

I have fallen asleep watching a movie on more than one occasion. I think the last one that I watched that I fell asleep on was "Talledega Nights". It was a funny movie but I guess I was really tired.
I also have fallen asleep watching Gotsford Park, The Rugrats Movie, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and many others. I also fall asleep watching tv alot. I once have also fallen asleep in a planetarium during a 'show'. Guess I should get more sleep!

LOL..maybe without realizing it, watching a movie for you is your way of making yourself get some sleep? like for some it's listening to Enya, but for you it's watching a movie..
did you also try finishing the movies you fell asleep on when you woke up?

i fell asleep in watching the harrison ford movie " Hollywood homicide" , i was awake when the comedy sequences got started in the end and was thus relieved to see for something i have paid for.

I have fallen asleep during many movies that I have watched at home. I have never fallen asleep at the theaters. When I have fallen asleep watching a movie it really doeen't have anything to do with the movie itslef. It is just usually because I am so tired.
However, there is one movie that I never fall asleep when watching no matter how tired I am and that is The Shawshank Redemption. I know that if I don't want to stay up to late then I can't put that movie in. I just get so caught up in the movie. It really is a great movie.

i agree. shawshank redemption is a great movie. though i must admit, there are disturbing scenes about inmates doing each other..

well, Harold and Kumar is a movie that you can always go back to watch at home on disk. i mean, it's not a movie event that you really need to watch on screen..it's like God's Must Be Crazy or Jack A$$ the movie..it's a kind of movie that if you fell asleep while watching it, it's just gonna be ok...

I fell asleep during Payback. I was tired, jet lagged, and exhausted. Great movie, but exhaustion plus darkness equals one sleepy me.

ok. we understand that...but it made me think, why did you go see it if you were exhausted already? the someone who invited you to watch it must be someone special huh? or did you watch only by yourself?

I was invited. Saw it in France, with a family friend. I thought I could stay awake, but going to the discoteque the night before took more out of me than I thought.

Matrix 3. The slow motion scene was too slow for me. I zzz for 3/4 of the show

matrix 3 also was more talk, and just to challenge myself i listened intently on the dialogues..especially the one with the engineer.. but really, it was too much..i can't blame you for dozing off..

I got bored watching Kilichundan Mambazham and fell asleep after 20-30 of watching the movie in the theater.
Kilichundan Mambazham is Malayalam(language of the Kerala of India) movie, it totally boring movie ...
