Five (Baton Rouge, Lousiana; Des Moines, Iowa; Little Rock, Arkansas; Saint Paul, Minnesota and Santa Fe, New Mexico) plus four "cities" (Carson City, Nevada; Jefferson City, Missouri; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Salt Lake City, Utah).
