i have a problem with my HP deskjet d1360 print

any one can help me? i got a new printer and i can not install the softwear of it , i downlouded it from the hp site and i install it but i found a problem , it ask about a certain file to install

I think you are forgot to instal the driver where it usually bring in CD with the new printer. after you instal the driver,I no problem will found

hey friend.i think the company hp has given the cd with every new printer ,so put the cd inside in the cd -rom and then run this cd.this cd will contains the software of printer,install that software.but it may be possible that this software may be not support the current windows you have in your pc.generally,the hp printers required windows XP for supporting the software.

change your melenium windows vergin and use XP vergin
