It role is important to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. But some are just for a show still it helps some to be sucessfull.

Mutual agreements are good, to a certain point. Maintaining peace is good, to a point. It depends on the compromoises one has to make to achieve this. Sometimes the price is too high. Then you need to look for a different solution.
