How to gain inches in height?

I am really really wondering is there a chance of growing when you're already past 18 years old? i don't think my height is normal becuase i haven't gained even an inche since i was in Grade six and it's really embarassing cause i am the shortest among my sisters... can anyone please share a secret as to how to grow tall? i've tried a lot of vitamins and it still doesn't work on me... i'm desperate to be tall.. i'm 19 years old and my height is *toooooooot* - the same as the height of our current female president...
