For the past ten years there is a lot of shuffling and a lot of critical reports , moreover we expect them to do the performance of a robot which is not possible as human beings it has to be enjoyed without expectations, just enjoy for the sake of the game and not for anything else.

Hi Timuss, Good question raised by you. I was wondering for it since very long time. I certainly feels so. But what can we do? Every Nation needs a sport to cheer, we only have cricket to cheer. In other sports we are even more consistently Inconsistent!, Arent we? But Your concern is damn right? Look at the no. of countries play cricket? Just 10 or at most 15?? Isnt that? And out of them only Australia and England are devoloped countries. They have to play it because Cricket has become their tradition now. But then too other sports are more popular in this countries. It really is not good for devloping Nations like ours India! Look at the most popular sport, Soccer....Almost more than 150 countries play it and most of them are devloped ones! It is because that game hardly last for 120 minutes it self! We also want such sports!

I think u r being a little too tough on them...I think India is playing well and for now i think that we need to support the Indian team to the fullest rather then going against them.... Yes its true that we waste a lot of time but u can always work while getting the score updates it is not necessary to be sitting in front of the tv all the time

At the outset cricket does look like a total waste of quality time, but come to think of it.. what other event (apart from the war on Pakistan) unites the whole country. India being a diverse nation having so many languages and cultures, cricket is the common religion everyone swears by. And that is certainly not a waste!
