Okie its simple,
Whenever you find any site cheated you just file it here in this discussion. I will also try to file a complain against that site to internet police.
Anyways I am starting this scam list now:

i really like the idea you have in mind but do you think its quite realistic?
you see last month i was scammed in one of the auction sites. i admit i was so stupid to believe in those scams perhaps i just have to charged that to my experience as someone who is new to auctioning online. i felt really bad until now i can't get over it but i am starting to lose hope that i will ever be able to recover such loss or at least catch those scammers so that what has happened to me will be brought to justice. i lost a lot of money delivering an item without getting paid. i didnt realised that time that the paypal email sent to me was a scam too.
to be honest i really don't believe, it possible, but i respect your idea, i may be wrong. perhaps i just need moe proof of how many cases were solved in this way. i think whats best to do is to know how to avoid such scams.

what i mean was, it is possible that you can catch the bad guys and have them jailed for what they did? you see i live in a far away country and these people that scammed me... i don't even know how am i going to track them down. during the transaction, they gave me an address in nigeria. how will i even know if the name was for real?

Thanks capture123, you just gave me a really good idea. I'm going to also start posting bad reviews for those sites that never paid me at my blog, which is http://u-hk6nqld.urlcash.net . The blog talks about those programs for example, their payment method, minimum payout, how long it took to get paid, working and non working programs, etc.

This could be interesting. Are you going to do any checks before going to the police (wherever thay are)?
Some people have a habit of shouting scam when they have been caught cheating.

i agree ... he must have been caught watchin bad stuff by his boss and he must have said that i was tryin to earn not watchin it ... and shoutin its a scam its a scam

okie let me tell u first that I am at my home with my mind in computer & have opened 4 gr8 going sites (& they r earning for me). I found out you can get only pennies with these sites pays u for this & that.
I m earning enough for my pocketmoney from my sites.
Well u dnt know me thats y u r saying this, nevermind.
Yaa I mostly check all sites before calling it a scam.
Why I am searching these sites if I m earning enough ?
Well simple I want to earn more & how I am gonna earn more by learning what those sites r actually doing to make people fool.
Do I want to make people fool too ?
Noways, I learn to be true. I put my mind in good instead of bad.

Spam means in this discussion:
A site promise u to pay if u do what they want but they never pay u or cheat u in someway.
