should the goverment furnish a free (are low cost) health insurance plan?

I don't think they should. The health service is free over here and people take no responsibility for their own health. They drink heavily, smoke and eat badly in the knowledge that the health service will be there to look after them when they get ill.

you dont know how lucky you are.in united states so many people go with out medical care

I definitely think they should, for all people, not just the poor or people with out jobs. Even people that make an okay living need help with heealth insurance.
