Hey friends!!! nowadays malls and super markets like big bazaar, have become more famous and ppl do shopping there as they offer us good price bellow the MRP.... Do you really think that we are saving money by shopping from them?? Or we are loosing it!!! my personal experience is that i go to malls to buy 2 to 3 things and i get attracted to so many things there that i come out with 20 things !!! so is it saving the money or loosing it??? Has anyone experienced the samething???

Malls are a great place to shop, the attractive sticker price, excellent discounts etc. add great value to the entire shopping trip. However, there is a problem of excessive shopping syndrome, with credit cards. The excellent displays, food courts, entice us to spend more money. So, in the end we end up loosing more money. Also, a lot of money is spent to go to shopping mall from home. So, unless there are a lot of items to be purchased and we have a list to make our decisions shopping at malls might not be a good idea, instead the neighborhood small shops would just suit us fine.

i had experienced the same thing many times just like you did. i only planned on buying just one or two things which i need. but when i go around the mall, i can't help myself but buy almost everything which i feel like i wanna have. there are times when i haven't bought things that have gotten my attention, i went home feeling bad. there are times when i get back to that place and look for the thing i did not get before. i ended up still buying it. so, sometimes, i try not to bring much money. just enough to buy the things which are important. i even leave my ATM card behind just to be sure.
