What is the best solutions for that? Educations? strong penalty?or anythings else? What's on your mind?

If a man is the offending person, then I think he should have his 'thingy' chopped off.

Education will solve the problem, girls should always take precautions. These days i see how the girl present themselves infront of others, just to show how fashionable they are, but in turn they are motivating the males around to do something wrong.

I think people should be educated about rape and how to prevent it and what to do should it happen. They should also be taught that it is a crime, and yes penalties should be strong than 2-5 years in jail. I want to know my rapest went to jail for a long time.

well in my opinion victims one finger should be cut down from hand for this ! then people will scared with rulez and do not repeat it again
