will hide my mistakes from others.... esspecially from my boss... then will correct my mistake.... without knowing by others..

It is not the best idea to hide your mistakes, particularly from your immediate Boss; who is actually accountable for all these mistakes. It is better to tell honestly that the mistakes you have done and the corrections made by you. Anyway, you have to work on so that the same mistake does not repeat everyday as that will be really bit frustrating for your busy Boss.

nope. i am the kind of person who admit my mistakes even if people won't notice it. i feel like i feel guilty when not telling my mistakes especially if it concerns them. then, after that, i try to correct my mistakes just like you do. but i correct my mistakes after letting the ones concerned about it.
