Transplanting indoor plants

What do you think is the Best brand of potting soil and how often do you transplant your indoor plants?

I think potting soil varies a lot, but I don't know which is the best. I don't ofen transplant my indoor plants - maybe every three years or more. As long as their roots don't get cramped and you feed them regularly, they should be ok for quite awhile. At least I think they would. :)

I've a ciclamyn plan and a dwarf fir.Durig winter when there are ice nights I take them indoor than at the morning I exit them.
