Do you exercise? How often?

I just started working out last year and I'm on my 6th months now. I go to the gym 3-4x a week. I enjoy group exercises, such as pilates,body jam (dancing),body balance,body combat and body pump, not to mention the machines that I use. I am more energetic and stronger now. I've met new friends,too. On days that my schedule does not allow me to visit the gym, my day will not be complete. How abt u,pls share your experience.

I too enjoy class room sessions. I have tried body combat, aerobics and yoga. Out of these body combat is my favorite. :) Well, there is a new session called "Zumba" and i want to try it out. I am attending this session today and seems to be a lot of fun with some stretching and twists to the rhythm of music. Body Combat 39 got released very recently. Have you tried it? Yes! Exercises keep me fit, energetic and lively throughout the day. And if i go for a work out late evening, it helps me get a sound sleep :) I spend 3-4days a week in gym. Currently i am trying to increase my stamina. I joined gym very recently... around 3 months back... Its fun and i enjoy it :)

I try to exercise at least 3 times a week by taking a walk, going swimming, lifting small weights or doing yoga. I also want to lose some weight so exercising and eating less is the best diet. As the weather warms up here I will exercise more since I love the outdoors when the weather is nice but it has been quite cold until recently.

I'm a former Marine and I'm still in pretty good physical shape although I don't think I can run three straight miles anymore. I use my treadmill every day in the cold weather but when it is nice outside I walk for three miles and run the last mile home or I take my mountain bike out for a spin. About every other year I get back into swimming laps because I love swimming but depending where I'm living I my schedules don't always jive with their lap times. I don't like going to gyms because I don't like the attitudes of the muscle-brained men and some of the women annoy me too so I just workout on trails or in my own house.

Yes, i do. I practice exercise once a week so i usually go to the gym or playing football on a sport team, its good to practice any sport, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

I'm doing a basic crunching every morning before I stand up in bed. Then stretching and bending. And when I'm at the office, I lift dumbbells I do that everyday.

I've gotten myself a gym membership last December after not doing anything for 2 years. I go to the gym 5 times a week. I do weight training 2 times a week, body combat 2 times a week and cardio machines 5 times a week. I feel much more energetic, more happy in general as I can get rid of my frustrations by working out and it is good for my weight too. I'm really starting to shape up!!
