How many times you take meals in a day?

I take meal only for two times. But sometimes took it once due to coaching and college times. But taking meal thrice a day is better and be good for health.

i take meals 3 times sometimes 4 times. in college days i take 4 times and in holidays only 3 times. so vijay i think ur so busy. better u take 3 times per day.

I take meal 3 times daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think this is the recommended. Shouldn't everyone be taking 3 meals daily?

I think its due to the Work scheduling they have. I eat normally on my holidays and switches to 2 times a day on working days of college. Thanks for the comment. Have a nice day.

I take meals three times a day. Breakfast,lunch an supper. I often take a snack about 17.00

yeah you are right but you know few weeks back i was reading one article in which nutritionist suggst to take meal 6 times a day which consist of ehalthy ingredients and smaller portion and they'll keep you active all day long and you wont feel hungry so often and maintain your energy level. but regardless of that i also took 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks.

I try to eat at least 4 times a day. For me it is much better to eat small meals often, than a few larger ones. To eat often and smaller servings is better for your digestion, metabolism, your enegylevels, and to keep the sugar levels at a steady level.
