Things like, half a chicken breast sandwich, some toast, half a bagel with lowfat cream cheese, a can of vegetable soup, a small bowl of cereal with lowfat milk, a small salad, a Boca Burger (meatless, lowfat burgers). Basically anything you would eat normally, just in smaller portions. (As long as it's healthy.) Instead of having an entire sandwich and a salad and a piece of fruit, have half a sandwich and a piece of fruit, then eat a salad another time. Just learn how to cut your portions down to smaller sizes, and cut out unnecessary fats. I love eating like this, because it's like all day snacking. I never have to feel hungry, but I never feel too full.

I have heard that this helps to lose alot of weight eating small portaions. I have never been a big eater of the day though but I have cut down on my bread intake

Bread is one of the most things that contain carbohytrates and to lose weight, you absolutaly need to cut big time on carbs. The best bread to eat while you're on a diet is "Rye" bread.
