Small Meals to Boost your Metabolism

Things like, half a chicken breast sandwich, some toast, half a bagel with lowfat cream cheese, a can of vegetable soup, a small bowl of cereal with lowfat milk, a small salad, a Boca Burger (meatless, lowfat burgers). Basically anything you would eat normally, just in smaller portions. (As long as it's healthy.) Instead of having an entire sandwich and a salad and a piece of fruit, have half a sandwich and a piece of fruit, then eat a salad another time. Just learn how to cut your portions down to smaller sizes, and cut out unnecessary fats. I love eating like this, because it's like all day snacking. I never have to feel hungry, but I never feel too full.
