What have you done and then realized was a bad idea later?

Reading a story about this guy who filmed himself riding on his motorbike at 100mph and then posted it on Youtube, not thinking about the possible consequences, made me wonder - now, this guy is facing a possible driving ban, because of what he did. What's something that you've done and then regretted later, or something silly that you've done and then wondered what you were thinking? What do you think of this guy? Feel free to comment on the story, even if you don't have a story of your own to contribute! ^_^

for me it was making an adult film when i was younger, i live in fear of it turning up on a peer to peer network or something like that. I was 18 and very short of money, so i did the terrible deed. I truely regreted it the moment it was in the can, but it is out there somewhere and im sure still doing the rounds, blessed be

There was one time i was totally drunk and i had to drive home. It was very late in the night and barely any traffic on the road. I managed to get home safely which was about quite close by from my friend's but realized that it was plain wrong. ie., drinking and driving so dont do it anymore. I ride more than i drive so its even more of a DONT for me so i never mix drinking and riding/driving.

Well I think he was pretty silly doing that. People should think before they put things on the Internet to be honest. I don't think I have done anything that I regreted later apart from, not smacking the Guy who bullied me out of Job, lol. That I should have done, lololol.

Ok we've been friends long enough I feel I can share this with you, LOL. A couple of summers ago, I bought my girls a slip and slide. Well they didn't understand by me telling them to run and land on their bellies so they can slide down it. So I thought what the heck I will just show them. Yeah, right. I didn't check to see the water was not covering the first half of the slide! I ran up to it, did my belly flop, and went "THUD". After I got my wind back, and could stand up again, I gasped and choked out, "Now girls your turn"... They never used it out of fear.

I'm going to say that its my love for extreme sports coupled with my extreme impulsiveness. Example: I was skateboarding and I had a ramp leading to a basketball hoop. I jumped off the ramp and tried to slam dunk the basketball, but got hung up and let go of the rim too early, and I fell ten feet straight onto my pelvic bone. Turns out I chipped the bone. The aftermath? Lying in bed for a month straight, going to physical therapy, and having to teach myself the schoolwork that I missed.

A few weeks ago I reported to management at the bowling alley that a couple of workers there were not doing their jobs properly. I got along well with one of them but now after telling management, this person does not talk to me and does not provide service to me or my team anymore. I wish that I did not say anything and feel bad for telling on her.

Yes, so many people are realizing now, that the Internet is not as vague or anonymous as it used to be. Everyone can be held accountable for everything. And, good or bad things spread like wildfire, so everyone needs to realize that it is regulated just like everything else. I have done crazy things in life, in general, have for a long time, however, I am always trying to learn from my mistakes. But, I try very hard to be careful when I am online, because there are a lot of bad people out there, and some of us can be picked on. However, crazy things, to get in trouble, online, I have never done, I am the type of person that tries to follow the rules, wherever and whenever, and I know I annoy a lot of people, sorry, just the way that I am.
