the government can only regulate people on smoking.they will regulate places where they are not allowed to smoke and usually these are public places.like here in the philippines ,smoking is prohibited in some cities , inside restaurants and bars and we end up going out of the establishment to smoke .we usually hang out in places or cities where smoking is allowed.hopefully, the program would the next generation not to start the habit.

i'm a non-smoker, and i believe that i shouldn't have to be exposed to second-hand smoke that might harm me.... however, it's getting kind of ridiculous when it's being banned in bars.

They've already done this in many states in the United States. It has kinda worked here, but there are still many bars and pubs where you can smoke and no one will yell at you. Are they talking about not even allowing smoking outside of places in the UK?

I sincerely think so that smoking means killing yourself slowly and slowly. So according to me smoking shold be banned not only in public places but eac and every where.
