How to learn Storage?

Hi, at the moment I'm working in the IT industry in a small company which I don't have any chance to learn about storage. It's not that easy to get into a bigger company these days and also I'm not financially stable to follow a course on storage.It's very hard to learn it from manufacturer's websites.Any Ideas if other ways? Thanks

Hi, I work in IT also and have some experience with storage devices. What information are you after and I will try and help. I presume you need info on RAID and the various types, striping etc. Just ask some questions and I will do my best to help, if I havent got the answers I am sure there will be people who I work with that can help.
