Well there is no record or true explination of the trinity biblically. The origin of the trinity was by a man named Constantine, back in Rome at the council of Nicea in 325 AD. There is only one God and only one. What do you say?

I might be wrong here. I'm only just beginning to read about all this, but isn't the Trinity, the Father (God) the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit)? this was explained in the Gospel of John. God took Jesus, the son, back to him, but gave the Holy Spirit to the world in his place. the son was God's physical manifestation on earth, and the Holy spirit is God's mental, emotional manifestation on earth.

the trinity is indeed God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit. And yes, it is explained in the book of John as well. But God the Son is a distinct person from God the Holy Spirit or God the Father. It is incorrect to say that Holy Spirit is God's mental, emotional manifestation. He is a person distinct from God the Father. Thank you!

let me tell you the bible dont refer the specific word Trinity. But as you are having a discission regarding gospel of John there are reerence in the bible indicating Trinity. In the book of Genesis 1:26 and Isaiah 6:8 God is not using me or I instead He is using a plural word Us. Does this not clearly indicate Trinity, or by saying Us is god reffering to the angels no way. Let me give you an example of an egg. An egg is made up of 3 parts Shell, white part and the Yoke which is yellow in colour, all the three can be seperated and kept aside but you cannot take the shell alone and say its aan egg in the same way you cannot take any parts of the egg seperatly and say it as egg. When all the three are joined togeather then its called as egg. They cannot fulfill their purporse staying alone, they need to get togeather for a chick to be fromed from the egg. In the same way God is one there is no doubt, but they are also three. In the book of 1 corinthains 15:27 its very clear and sound. Regarding the father and son. There's one thing i would like to suggest you, dont bug into this too much or you may backslide from God. There are some things which God has kept as mistry and let it be that way and be fool before GOD.

There is no refrence in John of the trinity. As you have indicated the bible does not speak of or indicates the word trinity or trune God. God is specific in his word and leaves nothing to speculation. It is bogus to say God is ONE but than say three, there lies the confusion. I merely bring up this becuase God is not of confusion and there is one that is and he would try to decieve even the elect. Scripture, Satan knows and to destort the truth of the diety of GOD he would. It is his desire that we not be ONE with God and perfect as he is perfect. " Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one" John 17:20-22
