What about Nan??

You were all so helpful in getting me great recipes for my chicken vindaloo, but I realized something... Ihave no idea how to make Nan. You can't have vindaloo without nan. It would be sacreligious.
So who knows how to make the stuff? I'd sure appreciate the help one more time.

naan is an asian food. it is simple to make at home.
it contains all purpose flour,yeast,sugar, salt..make a dough with all these things by adding some water and keep for 2 hrs. then take some dough and flatten with hand or something else and grill both sides for few minutes .

I have never tried making Nan, but I do know that sometimes Asian gorcery stores have it in the freezer section. You can just pop it in the oven, and Presto! Nan for your vindaloo. While you are at it, some Lassi might be nice too.
So, can I come over for dinner? :-)
