The true "fastest killer" would be obsidian destroyer. Stack some intelligence items and then ult an entire team. Watch yourself get a rampage.

Fastest killer is probably terrorblade( sunder+dagon lvl 3or4)1 sec:P. Or very well fed phantom as. 1 critical and u are gone... But ursa is imba too... noone owns roshan like ursa do

Ohhh, ursa own too. YOu kill some heros in few seconds. ursa hiting in traxex, 2 seconds. Ursa with tarrasque and lothar. Stay invisible and kill them in few time. Ursa with haste is the better, kill easily. Make Power treads radiance is goo too for him.

Ursa is amazing at hero killing when you pull it off right. I can't think of many heroes that can kill faster than him. A well done Requiem of Souls by Shadow Fiend can sometimes be a one hit kill, and the same goes for the Obsidian Destroyer. Enough int on him and his ultimate will do enough damage to just kill someone outright. Another fun one is Terrorblade with a Dagon and Lothar's. You get your health low, windwalk behind them, Sunder, and Dagon.
