In regards to fiction, it would have to be Sydney Sheldon's 'Master of the Game'! It goes through a couple generations and is totally intriging all the way through. That was his masterpiece of books, as far as I'm concerned.

I haven't thought about "Master of the Game" in years. I used to read a lot of his books. Have you also read "If Tomorrow Comes," "Rage of Angels," or "Windmills of the Gods"? Sidney Sheldon is an amazing author. I have to agree that "Master of the Game" was my all time favorite book of his.

the best book I've read so far is "Becoming a Money Magnet", unfortunately, the book is not in english, but in Indonesian. After reading the book, I feel some changes in myself, especially the way I make money, I'm making more money now, a step at a time ;D

I recently read "The Davinci Code" and loved it. My preacher told us that he would advise us to read this book as long as we were strong in our faith and as long as we remembered that it is a fictional book. I couldn't put the book down and it didn't change any of my beliefs. Another favorite of mine would have to be "The Left Behind Series." They were all so interesting. I have never watched the Left Behind movie, but would like to, even though the movies are never as good as the books. Does anyone else have any comments on any of the books I mentioned? Please share.

I really love "Desperation" by Stephen King. It even made into a movie. Not yet release in my country. It is a horror novel and take place at the fictional ghost town of Desperation. Most of King's novel that i read start a bit slow but then slowly getting interesting in the middle and after that i can't even move my eyes from the book until i finished it. But this one is a bit different. It make you excited and glued to the book from the beginning to the end. So,now i cannot wait to see the movie.
