Ever saw where the LOTR films were made?

I am lucky because now I am in New Zealand, where the LOTR movies were made. Let me tell you guys, if you come to New Zealand and you are actually attached to nature you will almost cant blink your eyes. New Zealand's trees, rivers, mountains, lakes were - you cant put them in words. Anybody when to the movies' location please share with me your experiences here..

One of the top things in my "things to do before I die" list is viziting NZ, a truly beautiful place.

You must I think, I heard that the every part of NZ is special. I travelled in north island, small and quiet towns, farms, bush, rivers, water falls, lakes, snowy mountains. I heard that NZ's south island is even greater.
