How many times in a month you do your general cleaning in your house??

Do you do general cleaning every month or a week in your house? How often in a month or in a year do you usually do your general cleaning?

I don't have a very big house so all I deep clean my house is two times a year but I keep up my house everyday so there is not much deep cleaning when it comes to the time of year I do it. The times I deep clean I shampoo my rugs, wash my curtains and things like that.
