If you need to go back and work again, hiring nanny is fine for as long as there is someone in your house who can also look after your little ones. I used to hire 2 nannies for my girls. After about 6 months, I discovered that one of the nanny was hitting and pinching my eldest. I asked my daughter about this and she told me that its not the first time the nanny hits her. I fired my nanny right away and made the decision to care for my girls by myself.

Right now if it is possible not to hire nannies, i won't hire one but i am the breadwinner of the family so i have to work for a living to take care of our day to day expenses.
In fareness during weekends if i have no work i see to it that i am a hands on mom all the way.

It is good if you have someone related to you who you trust on taking care of your babies unfortunately i have no one, so i haveto hire household but if i am at home i make sure i do take care of my babies.
