Yes, I think so for it has a lot of cholesterol and to add on that it is fried. But I'm quite confuse because I read an article before that it is healthy to eat one egg a day (maybe if hard boiled). Anyways better not to take it often to be sure.

Uhuh, it is fried. It has lots of cholesterol and frying it doubles the cholesterol, right? Well, about the article that you've read. I haven't heard or read that before but maybe yeah if its boiled eggs its okay to eat it everyday. Thanks for responsing to my discussions myfriend.

I believe eggs are actually good for you. Its how you prepare the eggs that can make it unhealthy for you. To cut down on the grease try this. Just before finishishing the eggs put some water on the pan and put the egg on that. caution be careful of the splatter. This will help take away some of the fat that helped cook the egg. I am not a believer that nonstick pans are good for you, so this seems to be a better alternative.

Oh yeah, that's it. Its the oil that we are using in frying. Because oil has lots of fats. Thank you for caring to answer my discussion.

Your mom is right. It is true, and I agree. That's because fried eggs not only contains the goodness of eggs, but also the harmful oil content. And, we all know that, how important it is, to ckeck the oil intake in our daily diet. If you love fried eggs, you can take them once or twice a week. On the other days, you can simply take boiled eggs, which may not seem that tasty, but are more nutritious than fried eggs.

I might have to agree with your mother. Anything fried every day is not good for you. If you enjoy eggs, you might consider an egg-white only omlette with herbs, feta cheese and chopped veggies as a variation, but even that everyday might not be the best choice. Certainly avoid bacon if possible. Grains high in fiber every once in a while might be a good idea. Hoewever, you are getting plenty of protein if you're eating eggs every day which is good for muscles and hair. If you want to continue your egg habit, you might want to switch to organic eggs which are produced by chickens who have endured less exposure to antibiotics and synthetic hormones.
