Work vs. Family

How can one balance his work with his family life?I think this is one of the hardest chalanges man faces.If one can find the balance between this two he is closer then ever to reaching perfection.How can we achieve this?Is this balance impossible?What do you think?I have a girl that is constantly telling me that I'm not spending enough time with her...It's hard I tell you...What's your opinion?

in this case you can balance your time and your family its a time management and setting priorities

Yes, thats the tough deal. One has to work hard and also look at his life balance. One needs to work based on priority. If family is priority he should give importance for that at that point in time :)
