What do you do when you get extremely angry???

It's so hard to control and think when I get very angry. When I get extremely angry I cry and it cools me down. How do You cool down your temper??? How hard is it for you???

ya i think that situation will be very hard to control and suppress for one and for all,but i think u can suppress it by 1.just postponing the immediate emotions that compels you too do silly things..2.and try to be +ve as you can...........3. Remain calm and sit quitely.or try to distract the the thinks that makes you angry....these are my few opinions.

First of all, you can try to understand the others' view of point if it is about any person. Next, just try to think some thing else. When u get extremely angry; seat down if you were in a standing position, Lie down if you were in a seating position.

well i punch something ... to reduce my anger.. its because i m so rare to get angry.. well sometimes its because of something really2 huge and fatal.. make me angry and i dont like it!.. i feel like monster.. i will take a deep breath and go some place that more quite

Well It I sthe Most Difficult question. It Depends on the situations. Some Time I start Hitting some one and some time I control it it. Though I t is extremely difficult to control yourself in the situations Like these.

There are times I need some anger management. I got angry everyday, I shout, I tongue slash. It becomes a bad habit. I get angry with so many frustrations. I detract the person who hurt me. An angry person is a looser. You are only hurting yourself if you get angry. I throw away things. I always pray God heal my angry soul. I need to be healed of this anger. Painful past and unresolved anger can take roots and add up everyday, it can trigger to more anger. It seems there is no healing but only recourse to prayer.

when i get angry i just keep to myself for if anybody crosses my way i lesh all my anger at them .so i start talking only after i have cooled myself off
