did you ever sit on your chair and think about what you did with your life?

Yes I have done that when I sat in the Garden or even when I walk Gissi, there is a few things that I wish I hadn't done, like marrying the Person I did. But apart from that I think I did ok, I have 2 lovely Kids, I worked hard for everything I have now, I have helped People as much as I can and I have done the best with my Life that I could. Now well I still have to make the best of it, yes I am restricted in a lot of things now but I am still very Lucky, I have a Man that loves me, I have 2 Kids that Love me and I have a lot of Friends that love me and appreciate me and I have last year gained a big Sister that I love very much and that means the world to me and you know who that is. Amazingly all this dawned on me since I have moved here that I am still a very lucky Person, my Health might not be so good and I might not be able to work anymore but I have a lot.

wow that is so wonderful to hear. yes you are right, even when we all arent able to what we want, we have to be thankful of that what we have. its still lots to enjoy plus when we can think back and see, we did most of the things ok. and to have a man who we love, kids, a new sis and good friends, what more do we wish then.

Yes I too have sat down and pondered my life. I use to think money was very important, and I had some. I had a large house and nice, expensive material objects but I still wasn't happy. I didn't really have close friends and was in a bad relationship as well. Now I have less money, I have met really great people and I am in a fantastic relationship! I still need to have enough money to live, and I wouldn't refuse a raise at work, but its not as important as it once was. I also don't crave material things like I use to. I now put more importance on life experiences, love, relationships, and people. I am a much happier person!

I'm always pondering about my life. I like to sit and dream about what I've achieved, what I wish to achieve, etc. It's good to reflect on life once in a while. It's one way to take control of your life. I would like to go far in life. I want to be successful and be rich. Well, if I'm not rich, then at least I hope to earn enough money to support myself and my lifestyle. I like to read and I hope to buy many, many books to satisfy my craving for reading. There are many things to do and I hope to accomplish much in the future.

i was the same when i was in your age. you have the right to try and make mistakes. at this age you should have fun, sure think a bit about what you do, but when you do your work and studies, im sure you get a wonderful life

When i am a bit low in spirits, i just stay alone sit back in a chair or some where on the terrace thinking about why i am mentally down and what am i actually doing. Most of the times i feel bad about what i have been doing since i am yet to taste some success in my life. So most of the time i plan about what i have to do in the future in order to taste success. Wish i am gonna taste some success soon, and i don't need to feel bad when i am alone and sit back to think of what i am doing with my life.

thats what i do too. but it doesnt help to think what youve done wrong to much. better you take the positive things, the negative work out and then let them in the past. we all are on earth to learn. im sure you are on a good way to your success. the only thing you need for that is a bit strength and to believe in you. i wish you good luck ;-)

Yes I do many a times. When I think what was my aim at teenage I found that is not fulfilled, when i think what parents may have been expected from me I couldnot do so. I try to realize where the fault was, the answer reciprocates that there is no fault in a moment again I realize that I have made some big mistakes by leaving some opportunities which may have been very beneficial for me. It really puzzles me when try to think what I have done in my life. Whether it is wrong or right, whether it can be more good or may have been more bad. Actually any individual I think cannot analyse his own life himself/herself. It's very typical.

i think all of our parents did expect ot much from us but didnt know how to teach us to get it. thats why i am always studying and try to learn, to show my kids what they could do. and they take the support, thank god. we all did lots of mistakes and wrong decisions, but at this time we didnt know it was wrong. it might help, when you take the positive things, and try to work out the negative ones and then go over it.

I tend to do that when I lie in bed especially in the mornings, I am not a morning person and I tend to be more pessimistic in the mornings, so I will lie there and think why did I do that and dwell on all the negative things in my life all the stupid decisions that I have come to bitterly regret. I know you shouldn't live in the past but it's because of the past that I am trapped where I am now. I know I had good times but it's stranged that they are left out in the cold whilst the negative thoughts congregrate in your head like bees to honey.

I quite often do that.I review where I am and where I have come from.I think about whether I have achieved what I wanted to do when I was younger. In some cases yes,I have achieved what I wanted to,in others maybe not but things have changed as I have gotten older.I never expected that one day I would own my own house. All in all I am quite happy and satisfied with my life. :)

yes, i am doing that too, after a days work i am thinking of the many things that i should have not done in my life and the things that i should be doing in my younger years. And im wishing too that i should have been agressive enough to do a lot of things, a lot of opportunities that came my way and i should have done but then motivation is not that strong.... and may i say afraid to fail. it's nice to think all over the things that happened to you but then we can't change it anymore rather i have to go on and maybe try to do the things i want to if there a chance.

Oh yes, I very frequently sit and ponder my life-- what has been, and where I am going. And then there are all the thoughts and speculation about "what might have been" if I chose a different direction at some particular "choice point" in my life. Much of my life has been about helping people "find their way," so it comes very naturally to me to also think about my own way. Perhaps the things I think the most about are people, and the connections between them, and how we seem to come into contact with people who teach us something at EXACTLY the right time.

Yes,specially when i am sad i surprice myself thinking at my whole life and what i did good or wrong.But-fortunately, i am optimistic and those moments keep very few... I guess is normal to have such a deep thinks sometimes, and just someone very superficial will live without any regret and hope... Augusta
