keep or sell?

what do you do with unused things in the house? like old clothes, old books, outdated aplliances, bags, baby stuffs, etc. do you keep them or sell them? i'm planning to sell some. i've kept so much already.

i keep some and the others i gave away for my relatives or friends or even the needy i don't want to sell stuff if someone needs it and i won't be using it anymore then i rather give it to them than sell them
