Quezon City, City of U-Turn

For those who have been in Quezon City or have been living for so many years in Quezon City, will you agree that theoretically, it is called "City of U-Turn" already by some people? Because of the many U-Turn slots particularly in the center aisle of Quezon Avenue which the MMDA have implemented. What can you say about this? For me, it's time consuming especially for some drivers. How about you?

"city of U- turn", that's funny. i have nothing against some changes done by MMDA. its just some are done poorly. and the color is too ridiculous for me. they could have used another color. the bustops and jeepney stops looks ugly but if we were just disciplined enough we dont need them anymore. too sad that MMDA'a are making efforts to find solution, it seem that theres still no effective solution.

Plus the fact that some MMDA personnels are too arrogant.

I haven't been at Quezon City that long, and I couldn't barely seen U-turns sparingly, nah that's was 4 or 5 years ago, things might change. ^^

yup, things have really changed especially when the mmda took over some things which they consider to be "effective" and "efficient" way of lessening the traffic in quezon city. that's according to them. try visiting quezon city some time, especially quezon boulevard, you will see the changes.
