i've been in this company for about 1yr and 7months only. i was a fresh graduate when i joined. at first, i enjoyed doing my job and never complains about anything. i never had any problems with my co-workers. but now, everything seems to exhaust or tire me. then i could no longer stand my boss's attitude, and i'm tired of being the only one to do this job, there's no one who can replace or relieve me. i can't even have a long vacation. every morning when i wake up, my heart seems to feel heavy when i think about going to work. now i'm torn with a decision whether to leave or stay. because as of now, i can say that i still love my job. but everything else seems, shall i say, exhausting. please give me some advices...

First, since you are fresh out of school, you need to learn one thing. YOur job is what you make of it. No one is going to take care of you but YOU. Is there another postion in the company you want to try? Do you want more responsibility? YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THESE THINGS! Your boss is not a mind reader, your company can't make anythong happen for you if they don't know you want it. Second - changing jobs DOES NOT MEAN that you'll get a better boss or better coworkers. This is out of your control. You might leave and end up someplace better, but it also might be WORSE. CAn you talk to your boss and see if you can implement some changes? Leaving doens't fix things, it just means you get a different set of problems. You LEAVE a job (only when you find the next one first) when you no longer believe n what the company makes, or what they do. You leave when there is no growth opportunity for you, when you have tried to make positive change and it hasn't worked. The responsibility is on YOU to try and make it better where you are. if it doens't work, then leave, but don't give up, yu'll look like a quitter... try first, and if it doens't work, then you can leave.

you can feel it once you don't like your work anymore, try to picture of the things if you feel bore what you are doing then it's not for you if you are happy then love your work. Look for the right work for you., but in this days of crisis i think we have no choice but to learn how to love our work if we want to survive with this sacrifice of life

So long as you love your job time to quit has not come, when you start hating your work and it does not give you job satisfaction then it is time to quit. Even if you join other place attitude of boss may be similar, it might also become exahustive. At least here you love your job. That is a big thing.

I know when it's time to quit when I don't feel fulfilled anymore. I don't get paid enough for my efforts. When my job just get too repetitive. When I made enemies with my superiors. When my company is starting to go bankrupt.

You want to leave or stay is your decision. But if you can't enjoy the job you do right now it will be tiresome. You should work in a place that you enjoy not the place you are not. If I were you, I'm leaving. Looking a new job with a better salary, new place, everything new so it'll be fun ...

Oh, but see? YOU'RE A STUDENT NOW! I can't tell though if that works for the better or not. But if you love what you are doing, then it doesn't have to be called work, because if you love something, it stops being work but becomes a passion.
