come on people it just a question, now a days the government has fully corrupted for bribes, u know in our country with out bribe things cant done, but works will be done very fastly if u give bribes!

The government system in my country are no better than yours. And yes, bribery seems to be the only way for them to move ahead and do things for you. I once had to renew my alien certification and I'd been going back and forth to the immigration center for 3 days. I decided then, to hand out money to one of the employees there. Within seconds, my certificate was release. LOL...this people needs to grow up.
