Based on my working experience of 13 years the only thing I know about grumpy people is that they can still get the job done but it's hell working with them. They're anti-social, they can't be productive when in a group because they have their own little world. They can sometimes be disrespectful towards the ideas being shared by the group. They are effective alone but not all jobs can be done by just one person.
