Best to have 1 best friend. Because you can trust him/her and everything. No lies or anything between each other.

Yeah, you know you can always for sure trust them while having 10 good friends you never know which one is better friends with somebody else.

I would prefer having one true and loyal friend than 10 good friends. A true fiend is like a mirror who makes us see ourself clear. I want to share a special and honest bond with one true friend.

I do not know if one person could truly be your best friend and see you through thick and thin all the time. Life is difficult and I think the more friends you have the better off you are.

Well I would rather have 1 good one. I would just not have enough time to dedicate to 10 people and think that we were really good friends as it is right now I barely have enough time for myself.

10 good friends - if they're good, they have potential to be best. That way, if one is busy, there will always be another one there in case I need them. Then again, the one best friend would be better for birthdays and holidays... 10 is a lot of gifts to buy!

I think I'd have to go with having just one best friend. I have just one best friend and I know I can tell her ANYTHING at all and she won't judge me. She likes me just the way I am, as I do her. Having 10 good friends isn't a guarantee that you're popular or anything. I don't think I'd even want to be popular. I am who I am, and I'm happy with who I have .... 1 best friend and a few other friends that I socialise with occasionally.
