This is a very minor riddle. Everybody is doing just one same thing in the world at the same time. And this one thing is that everybody is breathing at the same time. Am I right or left?

I think breath can be stoped intentionally for some time so there can be some who are not breathing, but aging is a factor which every body is doing without having power to stop it:-)

I think they are all breathing. Couldn't be too sure though.
