what's the nurse-patient ratio in your state? you know anything about the CA law governator ah-nold turned down (1:6 ratio)? was that for less or for more?

I think here, in Oklahoma, the nurse to patient ration is one nurse to every 4 patients. There is a huge demand for nurses, and not just in the city where I live, but in the rural countryside.
