i dont say i love you to my ex because i feel sick,like a fraud when i do

he comes and goes but i cant say i love you.is that because i dont?we have three kids and he is the only boyfriend i ever had im 35 and not experienced in love.what do you think?

Don't be so hard on yourself. If you can't say it, then you obviously don't feel it anymore. I'm sure that at one time you did, but people and circumstances can change. It's best to be honest with yourself and with him.

thankyou for that,youre right,i was fifteen when we started seeing each other and now im 35.we had a lot of rocky years together and im not the same person i was back then,thankfully.

If you really love a person, words of love can easily flows out from our mouth. In your case, you have three kids with this man and you cant still say you love him? whats your story? Yah, i think you dont love him but just stayed for him because of the kids.
