When i started this disccusion i reached 100 post i get a star do i earn more when i got it?

No it does not earn u more. But it shows how active u r in this site, It tells that how much better ur responces are there . This rating will be done by the discussion head or Mylot people based on ur posts. So its good having star which ll help u out to get good responces and quality posts .
