I'm thinking look around MySpace. If you are lucky, you might actually find a band in need of a vocalist in which you can get a start. It would be great if you can find a group of musicians looking for a vocalist right in your neighborhood too. You never know. You might just get lucky.

So far, every time I tried to give out my myspace, people tell me that I gave them the wrong URL. Anyway, a friend of mine is getting ready to launch an internet radio station called rogue-radio. He also dislikes the RIAA, & only accept music from aspiring artists if the music is quality music. I'll try logging in & send you a friends request when I get home.

could try and find someone with a mac computer new one they come with a program called garage band and you could make your own demo and record it and try and go from there. or like krazyklinon says try and find a band you can try out with at one of the clubs. or even try a karyoki machine. never could spell that word but you get the gist of it...

Hey i've got a small studio at my place. Its not pro stuff but its quite ok.I do my rap recordings in it.I use the software called Sony Vegas. Its pretty good.So try downloading it and get a good mike so that it brings out the best in you.I think "shure" mikes would do pretty good.If possible email me your voice recording so that i could do something about it.
