Toilet Paper or Just Plain Water?

do you use toilet paper when you have to do a nature call? or just plain water? or do you use toilet paper first then wash it again? do tell. don't be embarassed.

I'm definitely for the water, it's what I got used of since I was a kid. I know when I use it, I cannot only say that I am clean but I also feel it. I'm never used of using toilet papers, I just don't have the feeling of using it..

I always use the toilet paper, because it's what we are used to when we were little. but when i stayed in a dorm, i learned to use the pail. up to now, i now use both, if possible..
