Adelaide, South Australia .. near to my sister .. if I could get a visa I'd have moved long ago .. but I shall never get a visa .. the Australian Government won't let me live there even though my sister said whe would take full responsibility for me .. the 'only' problem I have is that I am too sick !! GRRR!!
If I wasn't ill, I would already be living 'down under' ..

Hawaii for sure. I came from a tropical country and I hate winter here up North. It will be nice to live in a warmer place by the beach.

Well I have just moved to where I wanted to be a lovely little Village down the South of the UK. I love it here and it might have cost me a big Fight and more Money then expected but I do not regret it one bit. I miss my Kids as they stayed up North but I love it here and would not Leave now.

Chriss,
To a remote and as of yet, undiscovered island where the climate was always cool enough for a sweater and sweat pants. Of course the sweats would have to coordinate with my tiara because I am going to be the Queen. Anyone who wants to come and live under my rule is more than welcome. There is always plenty of food, drink, and shelter for all; however, there are also chores for all.
America had always had the saying, "America, Love It or Leave It!"; which I guess is not that bad as slogans go. The problem that I always saw with the saying was that if anyone really wanted to actually leave it, they would have to arrange for their own passage away from it.
Not so on my island! If you are not willing to live under my rule; and I know that you know me well enough by now to know that my rule is going to be pretty laid back and easy. There are going to be chores of necessity and demand but there will be no caste system so the jobs will be distributed equally, and I will also take part in some of the chores as well. If you don't care to live there you will just have to let me know that you wish to leave.
I will then ask if you have completely made up your mind. If you have family, I (or probably an entire board of impartial residents) will ask to speak with all of you at the same time to see if it is just you or if it is all of the family, or maybe just part of the family that wishes to leave.
If no one is absolutely certain at that time, I will extend a reasonable time for thinking on the situation (10-30 days) and call for another meeting. If, at this meeting, it is decided that you/you and others still wish to leave the island, transport and Queen's Coins will be given to you so you may travel to the nearest destination that you will be comfortable living at. (I do hope that destination will accept Queen's Coins - it's really the only thing that I have to give, money as we know it is not necessary on my island) ~Donna

There are a few different places I've always dreamed of moving to and living in since I was young. I used to live in one of these places and I've always wanted to go back and see what has changed. I'd also like to see if I still feel the same about that place as I did when I was young.
I loved growing up there because life was so simple back in that place. I also found that that place was very peaceful and it always had a calming effect on me. I want that type of life back instead of this fast paced, always on the go type of life that I know way too well.
I have always wanted to move back to Saskatchewan where I spent some of my younger years growing up. I had a lot of good memories from that time in my life and there has been times where I've wanted to just go back and visit. I believe if I went there to visit and I felt the same way about that place I'd most likely move back there next. It was such a beautiful place.
We lived right on the beach and we had a lake right in our own backyard. It was great because if it was a really hot day you could go cool off in the lake. I never really went that far into the lake but I did go far enough in that I was able to cool off. I found myself playing in the sand on the beach as well, making sand castles and things like that as well. The sunsets were always gorgeous as well and I remember watching many of them when I was young. I'd like to go there too so I could see where I used to live and see my old school and other places I used to go frequently when I was young.
Another place I always thought of moving to would be Paris, France. I've been fascinated with that city for a while now and I would love to go there and see what life is like there. I'd love to tour around everyday and take in the sights of that city and experience a different culture and way of life.
I'd love to see if it truly was the most romantic city on earth like it is always said to be. I love the idea that it is the most romantic city on earth because I am a hopeless romantic myself. I'd like to see how different life is in France as opposed to Canada. There are so many things I'd like to experience there that having a few years to live there would definitely help out in that respect.
If I could not live there in Paris I would look at possibly moving to England. I used to know someone there and from what they used to show me it was a beautiful country. I would like to see how different that place is from Canada as well and if it is a fast paced lifestyle that they live there like here in Canada. I've always liked England and the people there and I'd like to live there and experience what that country has to offer. I also like England has a lot of history behind the buildings & institutions there. I think I'd always have something to do or explore each day by living there.
So, in conclusion, those are the few places that I've always dreamed of living. I want to basically live in a place that allows me the ability to relax when I want to and enjoy what is around me. I believe each of these places would enable me to live the type of life I've always wanted.
Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

I've have this idea many times, and being young, well young(ish) free and the need to just 'escape' I hate being tied down to once place, I am free spirit who hates being caged. It's only the money that is stopping me, and that I am still unemployed and it's not for the want of searching for a job. I have always fancied Oxford because it is a beautiful city, I don't think I have the confidence to move to another country because of the big upheaval plus I would be too far away from my parents. I love Scotland having spent 5 weeks up there last year travelling but it's a bit too remote! Maybe when I retire I would move to Cyprus.

I don't think I would like to move to another country. Would love to have a big house in the South of Ireland. The weather alwasy seems to be a little milder there and there are lost of interesting places to see. The scenery is beautiful and I could spend endless hours going for long drives and walking along the beaches in the Summertime.

Well if I can go big, it would be to Ireland! That is were my father's family came from and I would love to go back there and live. However, realistically, I would move to the country, most likely up in Indiana near our grandmother's farm. Really pretty country up there.

I'd go just a few miles (about 12) west of where I am now into Chester County Pennsylvania. All of the smart folks got off the Main Line years ago and went west. I probably will never be able to afford it now since land can go as high as a million dollars an acre there. It's horse country and its beautiful. The townships out there have all passed ordinances to keep it from getting as congested as where I live so it stands a change or remaining as it is now.

I don't honestly wish to move, unless it were to somewhere warmer. I know that we don't have it that bad here in Missouri, but I am just not a big fan of snow, cold, and winter in general. But I would love visit London, or Britain in general. I've been in love with the entire culture, and especially the comedy and music of Britain, for all of my life. But I'm really not sure if i would want to relocate there, since it sounds rather rainy and probably therefore also not always that warm.

I must say if I had the money to move my house I would move it a few blocks from where I am. I live on main st. and the traffic does get annoying at times but I love being close to my friends, store, post office, library, and church. When the weather is nice a walk to all of these alot. Oh, right here in Michigan :)
